Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using www.armarioclub.com (the “Site”) operated by Armario Club (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.armarioclub.com and use of Armario Club meditation and yoga services (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or scheduling a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You are only authorized to use Armario Club Services (regardless of whether you access or use as intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms of Service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You must cancel sessions 24 hours in advance or you will lose the session you have booked and won’t be refunded. A refund will be issued with cancellation notice of more than 24 hours. However, third party fees are non-refundable, and the cancellation fee is to be covered by the buyer.
Personal Belongings
You agree that Armario Club is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the session. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.
Rules
You must be physically present at the start of your scheduled class or your spot may be given to a waitlisted customer. Doors to studios close promptly at session start time. Latecomers will not be permitted.
Limitation of Liability
By booking and/or attending classes, events, activities and other programs, attending sessions and using the services, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in the nature of the Armario Club sessions. You hereby acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a physical exercise program. You understand that Armario Club strongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any sessions. By booking or using the services, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed that Armario Club services are not a replacement to medical treatment of medical or physical conditions. By signing this document, you assume all risk for your health and well-being, and fully release and hold harmless for any responsibility, cost or damages Armario Club, its instructors and employees. You hereby acknowledge that you, and any minor under your care, fully release. A minor aged 15-18 may participate with a parent present.
You acknowledge and agree that any comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the website or services provided by you to Armario Club are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Armario Club.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination..
Third Party Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Armario Club.
Armario Club has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms of the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
Eligibility
This website is intended solely for Users who are 13 years of age or older. Any booking, use of the website and use of the Services by anyone under 13 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using Armario Club Services or the website, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older and that you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. Minors between the ages of 13 and 18 may register to sessions only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Term
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Armario Club Services. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of Armario Club Services at any time. Armario Club may terminate the Agreement at any time, without warning, if you breach these Terms of Service.
Fees
You acknowledge that Armario Club charges fees for its services, and we reserve the right to change its fees from time to time at our discretion. If Armario Club terminates this Agreement with you because you breached these Terms of Service, you may not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of other fees.
Privacy Policy
Information Collected
At Armario Club, we respect your privacy and value our relationship with you. Your personal information will be protected, and will never be sold. Our goal is to enhance your product and service experience with us.
Your information is collected when you enter into the services Agreement with us.
When booking a session, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address or phone number.
Any of the information collected may be used in one of the following ways:
-To provide you with the information and services that you request from us
-To process and complete business transactions and send related information, including transaction confirmation and invoices (your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested)
-To notify you about changes to our services
-To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
-To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
-To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
-To provide you with services and information we think may be of interest to you
-To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
-To send periodic emails (the email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.)
Protection of Information
We use the security measures provided by our website provider (Google) to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. All information pertaining to credit card is processed by Eventbrite’s secured payment processing using SSL. No information pertaining to your credit card will be saved in our database.
Cookies
We may collect and store information about your visit on an anonymous, aggregate basis using “cookie” technology and Google Analytics. Cookies may tell us the time and length of visits and the pages viewers look at on our sites. This information allows us to measure site activity to tailor the consumer’s experience within our website. The goal is to save you time and provide you with a more meaningful visit. Cookies used by Armario Club are not used to capture or reveal any of your personal information.
We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future for our clients.
